With over a decade of work experience as a lawyer and in-house counsel, I am a passionate advocate for privacy, compliance, and legal operations. I have a deep understanding of the regulatory and technical challenges faced by businesses in the digital age. As the founder and CEO of KERTOS, I lead a team of experts who are developing a no-code SaaS solution, connecting entire IT infrastructures to manage data, processes, and systems to automate compliance operations across all departments.
Before launching KERTOS in late 2021, I was an advisor at Gorillas, an on-demand grocery delivery company, where I helped them navigate the complex legal and compliance landscape in Europe. Prior to that, I was the General Counsel (Director of Legal & Public Policy) at TIER Mobility, Europe's leading shared micro-mobility provider, where I oversaw all legal, regulatory, and public affairs matters. Thanks to my time as an Associate at Freshfield Burckhaus Deringer I have extensive experience in corporate law, legal writing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Finally, you will always find me in my running shoes if not on the water, in the mountains, or traveling the world with my backpack equipped.
